Ardencote Manor in Warwickshire is set to reopen in 2027 following a huge renovation project.

Following Hiddenwell's largest investment to date, the 83-acre Warwickshire estate will become the brand's third UK destination, featuring 68 bedrooms, three restaurants, three bars, 30 treatment rooms and an extensive, state-of-the-art new spa.

Launching in early 2027 following a £25 million transformation, Ardencote Manor will bring an "extensive state-of-the-art" spa resort.

With an expansive Spa Garden, four vitality pools, a gym, 68 bedrooms – including Hiddenwell's renowned hot tub suites - three restaurants and three bars, the destination will be one of the largest spa resorts within the UK.

Joining Hiddenwell, the collection of award-winning destination spa hotels behind Hoar Cross Hall in Staffordshire and Eden Hall in Nottinghamshire, Ardencote Manor will become the group's third UK destination.

"Its wide-ranging, state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor spa will combine hands-on and touchless treatments, guided relaxation rituals, and sensory experiences, giving guests time and space to switch off over a spa day, evening twilight or a longer restorative overnight stay away from everyday life," Hiddenwell said.

Some of the experiences will include:

• A real-snow experience – genuine snow created using snow cannons set within a room, bringing a distinctive sensory dimension to the cold therapy offering.
• A bespoke Rainpool – custom-designed exclusively for Ardencote Manor, this enclosed warm-water pool will immerse up to 20 guests in rainfall, with LED projections evoking tropical storms and dramatic weather.
• An expansive Spa Garden – four vitality pools, cold therapy experiences and saunas, alongside poolside drinks and loungers for warmer days. Guests can spend mornings moving between heat and cold before settling into leisurely afternoons by the water.
• A Magnesium Pool – a dedicated magnesium-enriched bathing experience offering a gentler moment within the wider spa journey.
• Immersive sauna and steam experiences – guests will discover a collection of restorative thermal experiences, from the warmth of the juniper and Himalayan salt saunas to aromatic steam rooms and a purpose-built theatre sauna, plus many more.
• Extensive treatments and touchless wellness – 31 treatment rooms plus three additional touchless wellness rooms. Experiences will include sound therapy centred on meditation, sleep and relaxation, salt flotation designed to create a zero-gravity sense of weightlessness, and capsule-style chronotherapy using targeted light.

"Beyond the spa, three restaurants and three bars will combine fine dining and drinks into part of the experience, while 68 bedrooms will offer every reason to turn a visit into a longer countryside break," Hiddenwell said.
