Furniture and fittings at a Victorian hotel in Warwickshire are set to be auctioned next month as new owners take over.
Pro Auction Limited will be selling off a range of items from the Ardencote Manor, Claverdon.
The sale comes ahead of a "multi-million-pound refurbishment" following the sale of the business to hospitality firm Barons Edon.
The company announced in September it had purchased the 110-bed Victorian hotel.
CEO, Edward Law, said at the time: "We are delighted to have acquired Ardencote Manor, which represents our first acquisition since Alchemy's investment into Barons Eden.
"Ardencote Manor is a wonderful hotel and we intend to further develop the facilities and features in the hotel and spa via a significant investment into the property to deliver a high-quality Barons Eden style spa resort offering."
The auction - taking place on December 11 - will feature a "huge quality of items for sale".
This will include "high-end furniture, commercial kitchen and banqueting equipment, golf course machinery, spa and fitness assets, plus extensive ancillary hotel items".
Barons Edon also owns Hoar Cross Hall in Staffordshire and Eden Hall in Nottinghamshire.
Ardencote was recently being marketed on the Knight Frank website for £13,250,000.
