Four new canalside offices being built in Warwick have been put on the market with property agent Peter Clarke.
The buildings form part of the Emscote Old Wharf development along the Grand Union Canal and are available individually or as a whole.
If bought individually they will cost between £220,000 and £245,000.
Constructed by Cotswold Oak Ltd, the Emscote Road scheme will eventually see nine new townhouses built alongside the offices.
The advert says: "Emscote Old Wharf is a quality canalside courtyard development by well respected builders, Cotswold Oak Ltd, comprising nine canalside townhouses, together with four self-contained offices with associated parking.
"The offices front the Emscote Road, however, vehicular access is via the courtyard and All Saints Road.
"Each office is self-contained, situated in a three-storey building with the offices being on the first and second floors with undercroft parking below.
"They will be built to a high office specification with individual WC, gas central heating, flooring and compliant lighting, together with perimeter trunking."
Planning permission was granted in 2019 with work beginning on site in June this year.
A former hand car wash was demolished to make way for the houses earlier this year and the offices are expected to be completed by spring 2023.
