A range of new three-bedroom shared ownership houses have been put up for sale by a local housing developer.

L&Q launched the new homes at its Beauchamp Park development at Gallows Hill on Saturday (11 March)

The new houses form part of the Warwick Gateway urban extension, which will ultimately see 1,600 new homes built locally, as well as a community centre, a primary school, and a country park.

Claire Brenlund, sales and marketing director at L&Q said: "Our new three-bedroom shared wwnership homes at Beauchamp Park are fulfilling a critical need for affordable housing in the area.

Shared Ownership prices for the new collection start from £129,500 for a 35 per cent share of a three-bedroom house (full market value: £370,000).
