Show homes at a 450-house estate being built to the south of Warwick are set to open next month.
Taylor Wimpey made houses on the Banbury Road development available at the end of last year with a sales office opening in the autumn.
And now its show homes will open on the weekend of March 4 and 5.
Visitors will be able to book a tour of three different homes styled by interior designer Amie Reeves, including the five-bedroom Wayford, the four-bedroom Elliston and the three-bedroom Byford.
The opening event will take place from 11am to 5pm on both days, with visitors treated to complimentary hot drinks and cakes while they explore.
The developer said homes on The Asps development will have several sustainable and energy efficient features, such as an electric charging point on every site, dual-zone controls with delayed start thermostats for improved heating efficiency and comfort, energy-efficient lamps in every light fitting, and solar PV on some properties.
Ben Walker, sales and marketing director at Taylor Wimpey Midlands, said: "We're thrilled to be launching our show homes at The Asps in Warwick.
"These homes offer modern and spacious living, perfect for families and young professionals, while incorporating all the sustainability features you'd expect from a brand new home. We look forward to welcoming visitors to our opening weekend."
