Taylor Wimpey is set to host a pre-launch event for a new 450-house estate being built in Warwick.

The developer will be welcoming potential buyers to find out more about The Asps estate on Saturday October 1 and Sunday 2.

The event will be held at the head office for Taylor Wimpey Midlands, in Warwick, running from 11am - 5pm.

Houses on the Banbury Road development are set to be made available later this year with a sales office opening this autumn.

Potential homebuyers will have the opportunity to view the development's layout plans and speak with sales executives about the different buying schemes available.

Ben Walker, sales and marketing director at Taylor Wimpey Midlands, said: "We are pleased to be hosting this pre-launch event for The Asps.

"Residents of The Asps will be able to make the most of the development's picturesque location, surrounded by beautiful Warwickshire countryside and with easy access to existing walking, cycling and public transport networks.

"We are expecting this development to be extremely popular so are advising potential buyers to book in to attend this launch event, and to register their interest as soon as possible."
