1. St George's Day
Families will get the chance to take a step back in time with a day of fun, history, and adventure at Warwick's St George's Day celebrations on Saturday 25 April.
An array of activities will take place, from St George's Day crafts and a specially-designed trail around the town, along with a special appearance from a knight on horseback.
The main focus of the celebrations will take place on Smith Street from 10am to 4pm, where an exciting programme of live performances and activities will take place, including displays from the Knights of Middle England as well as live sword fighting demonstrations.
Visitors can also enjoy a lighthearted, family-friendly performance of the legend of St George by the Slaughterhouse Players, alongside traditional entertainment such as Punch and Judy shows and lively Morris dancing.

2. Warwick charity race day
Warwick-based charity Molly Ollys is holding its charity race day at Warwick Racecourse today (23 April).
Gates open at 12:30noon, with the first race at 2pm and last one at 5.35pm.
Molly Ollys is a local Warwick charity bringing comfort and support to children facing life-threatening illnesses and their families, created in loving memory of Molly Ollerenshaw.
Included in tickets are:
- Free On Site Parking
- Free WiFi
- Access to the pre-parade ring and parade ring
- Access to the Grandstand with views of the final straight and winning post
- Access to the winners' enclosure
- Access to all bars, the food market and food concessions
Tickets are available online and at the gates.

3. Repair cafe
Warwick's Repair Café returns on Saturday 25 April, from 10am to 2pm at the Visitor Information Centre on Jury Street.
Bring along any broken item (excluding microwaves), and the skilled volunteers will do their best to repair it for you—free of charge!
Enjoy a coffee and a cake in the pop-up café whilst waiting for your repair.
