Warwick planning roundup: Library's facelift, EV chargers and double yellow lines
Here are the biggest planning stories from the last week in and around Warwick.
Library Lifted
Work is underway on refurbishing Warwick Library to provide an "improved experience for customers".
Warwickshire County Council announced in April that the public space would be closing for a month while it is refitted.
The local authority said the library, which is based at Shire Hall, will be given a new look and will become a more "flexible space" to support activities and events.

Castle Chargers
District planners have signed off on a scheme to install electric vehicle charging points at the stables car park at Warwick Castle.
Raw Charging Network Ltd had applied to build three charging points in the car park, allowing up to six cars to charge at a time.
The application said the points are needed to meet visitor demand.
----------
Double Yellow Lines
More double yellow lines will be painted on a residential road in Warwick after plans were signed off by the county council.
The portfolio holder for transport and planning approved the works for Woodloes Avenue South on Friday (April 28).
A Warwickshire County Council report said the local authority had received "multiple" complaints from locals about "obstructive parking" on the street.
