New aerial images have just been released showing the progress of construction work at Taylor Wimpey Midlands' Union View housing development in Hatton.

The recently unveiled photographs, taken in April, offer a bird's-eye view of the development, capturing the layout of the site and the ongoing construction work.

Viewers can see the newly created roads, green spaces and the foundations of the homes, providing a glimpse into the future shape of Union View.

The new estate will feature 150 two to five-bedroom homes with landscaped parkland and a communal play area.

As part of the S106 planning agreement for the site, Taylor Wimpey is paying Warwick District Council £1.6 million to be invested in the local area; at least £540,000 of which will be applied towards highway infrastructure and measures to improve walking and cycling on routes in and to Warwick.

As work continues on site, Taylor Wimpey Midlands is preparing to launch the sales office and first show homes next month (15 July).

Taylor Wimpey has recently denied there will be any structural issues with its 150 homes in Hatton, after residents raised concerns about the land around the new estate being waterlogged.
