Fewer than 20 homes are left at Taylor Wimpey's Tudor Gate Development off Loxley Road.

The new housing estate has a selection of one, two and three bedroom houses, with some now ready to move into.

The development also includes a children's play area and plenty of green open spaces.

Prices range from £255,500 to £485,000.

An outline planning application for 270 houses in the area was granted in 2015 following an appeal.

"I'm so delighted to see how successfully our homes have been selling at Tudor Gate," said Ben Walker, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Midlands.

"The homes are bright and open, making this development the perfect choice for anyone wanting to be in their new home to enjoy the summer months.

"With less than 20 homes remaining at this popular development, I highly advise that anyone interested in living here should book an appointment as soon as possible."
