Here are the biggest planning stories from the last week in and around Warwick.
Flooding Fears Rejected
A housing developer building 150 homes in Hatton has denied there will be any structural issues with the houses, following claims from locals.
Residents had raised concerns about Taylor Wimpey's Union View estate on Birmingham Road, saying it has been waterlogged since last autumn and with photographs appearing to show foundations of the new homes covered in water.
Locals said the land, which was previously fields, has flooded on a number of occasions over the years - something which was raised before planning permission was granted.

Microbrewery
The disused railway station building at Henley-in-Arden Station looks set to get a new lease of life after plans to turn it into a microbrewery and community hall were signed off by district planners.
Community group, Friends of Henley Station, has been given permission to repurpose the building, having recently signed a 25-year lease from Network Rail.
Plans, which were submitted in January, show the brewery will occupy a space of just 22.67 square metres, with the community hall twice that size.

Timpson Given Green Light
District planners have signed off on plans to build a Timpson pod in the car park of Warwick's Tesco.
The supermarket giant had applied for planning permission for the small retail unit for its Emscote Road store, adding to the 500 that are already open nationwide.
With the pod set to see four parking spaces removed, Tesco had been told to look at other locations, but the application said outside the supermarket was the best site.
