A launch event for a new 150-house estate in Hatton will be held this weekend (26-17 November).

Taylor Wimpey is inviting potential homebuyers to its Warwick head office to see the layout plans and speak to sales staff about its Union View development.

The developer is yet to announce the prices for any of the two, three, four and five-bedroom homes.

A new parkland and play area will also be built as part of the Birmingham Road development.

The estate will be launching remotely at first and a sales office is expected to open in Spring 2023.

Ben Walker, sales and marketing director at Taylor Wimpey Midlands, said: "We are delighted to be hosting this pre-launch event for Union View.

"The development boasts a superb location offering future residents the best of both worlds - a peaceful yet convenient life, with good links to local towns and cities.

"With a fantastic range of buying schemes on offer, we are advising potential buyers to book in to attend this launch event and to register their interest as soon as possible."

To find out more, visit Taylor Wimpey's website or call 01926 674531 to speak to a sales executive.
