Here are the biggest planning stories from the last week in and around Warwick.
75-Bed Care Home
Plans to build a 75-bed care home along the canal in Hatton have been resubmitted just months after a previous scheme was blocked.
District planners threw out the last proposal put forward by Belmont Healthcare in March after 20 objections had been received from local residents and organisations.
Warwick District Council said the scheme would have harmed the local canal conservation area and would not have been close enough to "primary health care services to serve the residents of the development".
But Belmont has now submitted new plans for the land on the south side of Birmingham Road, for a three-storey facility.

5G Mast Move
Plans to build a new 5G mast in Warwick to provide network connections for emergency services have been revealed.
EE has applied for planning permission to build a new 20-metre mast next to Edgehill Drive roundabout to replace its existing pole near Tournament Fields Business Park.
The mobile telecommunications company said its existing pole must be decommissioned because the land owner wants to develop the site.
----------
New Offices on the Market
Four new canalside offices being built in Warwick have been put on the market with property agent Peter Clarke.
The buildings form part of the Emscote Old Wharf development along the Grand Union Canal and are available individually or as a whole.
If bought individually they will cost between £220,000 and £245,000.
----------
150 'Unnecessary' Homes
A parish council has said it is resigned to 150 "unnecessary" houses being built and has promised to do what it can to minimise disruption to the development.
House builder AC Lloyd has submitted detailed plans to Warwick District Council for the estate off Harbury Lane which forms phase three of the Oakley Grove scheme.
But Bishop's Tachbrook Parish Council has maintained its position that "the development is inappropriate and will place unnecessary strain on local infrastructure, exacerbating traffic issues and reducing amenity to existing residents".
