A Warwick man has been charged with breaching a court order on Monday (January 10).

Nigel Aldred, 34, of Stand Street, Warwick and Mark Bryan, 59, of Laneside, Coventry have both been charged with entering premises in contravention of a closure order.

The men were charged after they were alleged to have visited a property in Rugby Road, Leamington on Monday night - in breach of a court order.

The court order was put in place to protect a "vulnerable" man according to Warwickshire Police.

Aldred and Bryan were arrested at the house and will appear at Coventry Magistrates' Court on 11 February.
