The award is based solely on reviews from the people who matter most - residents, their families, and friends.

WCS - which runs Woodside Care Village in Warwick - said the feedback reflects the "care and compassion our teams show every day" across all 13 of our care homes.

Every review contributes to an overall group score for WCS Care.
