1. Snowdrop Weekend returns to Hill Close Gardens
Welcome the first whisper of spring with a winter spectacle that garden lovers wait all year for.
Snowdrop Weekend returns to Hill Close Gardens, Warwick, inviting you to wander through a rare living tapestry of over 130 snowdrop varieties scattered across 16 beautifully restored Victorian gardens.
A winter garden like no other: See Hill Close Gardens in its most atmospheric season, when frost-kissed paths lead to drifts of snowdrops glowing against the winter earth.
These delicate blooms are nature's early promise, and here they tell a story rooted in centuries of horticultural passion.
When: Saturday 31 January and Sunday 1 February 2026 from 11am to 4pm.
Where: Hill Close Gardens, Bread & Meat Close, Warwick, CV34 6HF (Just by Warwick Racecourse)

2. Warwick Half Marathon
Warwick Half Marathon is back this weekend.
The event is set to take place on Sunday 1 February.
Organised by RunThrough and sponsored by Moore & Tibitts, the race will follow a route between Warwick Racecourse, along Coventry Road to Leek Wootton, along Rouncil Lane and back to Warwick via Hatton and Hampton on the Hill.
A 1km junior run will also held, with nearly 100 youngsters expected to take part.

3. Immersive Film Night at Windmill Hill Taproom: Les Bronzes - Font du Ski
Nearby in Leamington, dress up as a character in winter comedy ski gear for this 1979 French Comedy Classic at Windmill Hill Brewery.
This 1979 French Comedy Classic will leave you in stitches! Join Windmill Hill for this winter movie in full ski gear for this immersive film night.
There will be some food as part of the movie, and we will be serving a full bar of Windmill Hill beers brewed in house, as well as lots of local wines, spirits, ciders and non-alcoholic drinks.
Your ticket price includes some food, but not a full meal.
The Taproom is open from 1pm. You are invited to arrive at 1530 for a 1600 film showing.
There will be a short introduction, and a chance to discuss the film afterwards.
