A list of road closures has been announced ahead of Warwick's Half Marathon 2026.

The event is set to take place on 1 February.

The route will start and finish at Warwick Racecourse. 

As such, the following road closures will be in place at various times throughout the morning and early afternoon:

• Bread and Meat Close from: Bread and Meat Close to the junction with Friars Street between 8am and 9.30am.
• Vittle Drive: from Vittle Drive to the junction with Saltsford between 8am and 9.30am.
• Saltsford: from the junction with Vittle Drive to Northgate between 8am and 9.30am.
• Northgate: from the junction with Saltsford to The Butts between 8am and 9.30am.
• The Butts: from the junction with Northgate to Priory Road between 8am and 9.30am.
• Priory Road: from The Butts to Smith Street between 8am and 9.30am.
• Smith Street: from the junction with Priory Road to St Johns between 8am and 9.30am.
• St Johns: from the junction with Smith Street to Coten End between 8.30am and 10am.
• Coventry Road: from the junction with Coten End to Warwick Road (A46 Island) between 8.30am and 10am.
• Warwick Road, Leek Wootton: from the junction with Coventry Road (A46 Island) to Woodcote Lane between 8.30am and 10.30am.
• The Warwick Bypass northbound slip road will be closed from the A46 Leek Wootton Junction to Warwick Road, Leek Wootton between 8.30am and 10.30am.
• Woodcote Lane: from the junction with Warwick Road to Rouncil Lane between 8.30am and 10.30am.
• Rouncil Lane, Kenilworth: from the junction with Woodcote Lane to Red House Farm Lane between 8.30am and 11am.
• Red House Farm Lane: from the junction with Rouncil Lane to Honiley Road between 8.30am and 11.30am.
• Kites Nest Lane: from Red House Farm Lane to Brownley Green Lane between 8.30am and 11.30am.
• Brownley Green Lane: from the junction with Beausale Lane to Birmingham Road between 8.30am and 11.30am.
• Hampton Street: from Hampton Road to Bread and Meat Close between 8.30am and 2.30pm.
• Birmingham Road: from the junction with Brownley Green Lane to Ugly Bridge Road between 9.30am and 11.30am.
• Ugly Bridge Road: from the junction with Birmingham Road to Church Lane between 9.30am and 12pm.
• Woodway Lane: from the junction with Church Lane to Old Budbrooke Lane between 9.30am and 12.30pm.
• Old Budbrooke Road: from the junction with Woodway Lane to Hampton Road between 8.30am and 2pm.
• Finally, Hampton Road will be closed from Old Budbrooke Road to Hampton Street between 8.30am and 2pm.
