More than 1,800 people took part in this year's charity Moonlight Walk in Warwick, raising a record breaking amount at over £280,000.
A total of £282,048 was raised from the event, which wall all go towards The Myton Hospice, and is the highest amount ever raised at a Myton event.
Participants lit up Warwick town centre and the grounds of Warwick Castle as they completed 5km and 10km routes in support of the charity, which provides care free of charge to people living with life-limiting illnesses across Coventry and Warwickshire.
Special guest David Bradley, local actor best known for his roles in the Harry Potter film series and Game of Thrones, joined the event to officially open the Moonlight Walk, with hundreds of volunteers helping to deliver the event safely and smoothly.
Performers, sponsors and local partners also played a key role in creating the atmosphere and enabling the event to take place.

The event exceeded its original fundraising target of £250,000, with donations continuing to come in.
Money raised from this year's Moonlight Walk could fund the running cost of the inpatient unit at Warwick Myton Hospice for two months.
It costs over £15 million every year to provide Myton's services free of charge to patients and their loved ones. As a charity, with less than 20 percent of its funding coming from the NHS, more than £12 million must be raised each year. Myton is the only hospice in Coventry and Warwickshire that provides specialist palliative and end of life care, and the only hospice in the area with inpatient beds.

Natalie Walker, Events and Campaigns Manager at The Myton Hospices, said: "The success of this year's Moonlight Walk reflects the continued support we receive from our local community. With more than 1,800 people taking part, the event has not only raised a record-breaking amount, but also highlighted the vital role fundraising plays in sustaining our services.
"As a charity, we rely on this support to ensure we can continue providing specialist care to patients and their families. We are very grateful to everyone who contributed to making the event such a success, from participants to volunteers, and sponsors to performers. Thank you!"
The continued success of the Moonlight Walk reflects the ongoing support from Myton's communities across the region who help sustain local hospice care for local people.
