A Warwick nursery has been given an 'outstanding' rating by Ofsted following a recent inspection.
Pathways Day Nursery received a glowing report from inspectors, with children said to "thrive and flourish" at the Kipling Avenue nursery.
"Staff support children to gain confidence and independence and make free choices about their learning," the report said.
"Children feel exceptionally safe and secure. Staff are kind, nurturing and extremely attentive to children's needs.
"For example, babies who are new and settling are spoken to in a calm, soothing manner. An abundance of cuddles are given.
"This reassures children and gives them the confidence to explore their new surroundings.
"Children's personal and emotional development is given the highest priority"
Following the inspection in March, the school was rated 'outstanding' in all four categories; quality of education, behaviour and attitudes, personal development, and leadership and management.
The nursery is based at Newburgh Primary School and cares for 140 children aged zero to four.
It also received an outstanding rating following its last inspection in 2018, having been rated 'good' previously.
Following the inspection, nursery director Caroline Jones said: "I am very proud of this report.
"It was the result of strong leadership, and a dedicated team of staff.
"Quality is supported by partnerships with parents, the school and the community.
"In particular, with a lifelong passion for children with special educational needs I was delighted that the report confirmed this as an exceptional aspect of our provision.
"We believe every child is unique and we strive for excellence through a culture of reflection and ongoing improvement."
