The final few properties remain for sale at a controversial housing development in Hatton.

The remaining homes at Union View are two, four and five bedroom properties with prices starting from £540,000.

Matthew Kendall, sales and marketing director at Taylor Wimpey Midlands, said: "We're so pleased to be nearly sold out at Union View. It has been exciting to watch this development grow into a thriving community as more of our customers have moved in.

"This is the last chance for homebuyers to join us at Union View.

"We encourage anyone interested to contact our friendly sales team now to avoid disappointment and to find out more about the range of offers and incentives currently available."

The new estate will see 150 two to five-bedroom homes with landscaped parkland and a communal play area.

As part of the S106 planning agreement for the site, Taylor Wimpey is paying Warwick District Council £1.6 million to be invested in the local area; at least £540,000 of which will be applied towards highway infrastructure and measures to improve walking and cycling on routes in and to Warwick.

Development of the estate saw months of roadworks and disruption on Birmingham Road for a new junction to be built.
