M40 reopens following police incident

The M40 has reopened northbound having been shut between junctions 15 and the M42 junction 3a due to a "police incident".
National Highways said emergency services were at the scene.
"The M40 in Warwickshire has reopened northbound between J15 and the M42 J3A following the earlier Warwickshire Police led incident," a statement said.
"Traffic is flowing freely."
