Internet disruption affecting payment machines in Warwick District Council car parks

An internet issue is currently impacting several payment machines in Warwick District Council car parks.
The issue has meant that certain payments are not being processed leadin to VOID transactions.
The council's payment provider is actively working to resolve this.
Those who recieve a VOID transaction, should use the RingGo app to make their parking payment.
This is the same advice the Enforcement Officers are sharing with customers while on patrol.
WDC shared: "Thank you for your patience and cooperation while we work to fix this issue."
