A by-election will be held in Warwick in January after a local councillor resigned for "personal reasons".

Raj Kang has resigned from his role representing All Saints & Woodloes ward at Warwick District Council and Warwick Town Council.

The district council has now confirmed an election will be held on Thursday 18 January 2024 to find his replacements.

Mr Kang was first elected as a Labour representative to the district authority in May, as the group took all three seats from the Conservatives in the All Saints & Woodloes ward.

If you have any ward related enquiries, contact either  Cllr John Paul Sullivan or Cllr Paul Wightman
