Product Administrator

We are working with an extremely well-known, European leading organisation on the lookout for a Product Administrator to join their team in Warwick. This is an incredible opportunity to join a great company within a fantastic team.

As a Product Administrator, you will be responsible for the management of product data across all product categories. This will include company SAP systems as well as customer systems/websites and third-party product portals.

The role will also require you to support the product management team with the administration of all product approvals, market research, literature proofing and product sales analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Approvals Administration:

  • Administer and facilitate product approvals for all relevant products, working with local and group product managers
  • Development and maintenance of a live working tracker monitoring the status and renewal dates of all products

Database Management:

  • Management of all SAP data associated with phase-in and phase-out activities
  • Management of all key customer databases ensuring company products are kept up to date and accurate
  • Populate all customer NPI (New product introduction) templates for any new product launches
  • Review and maintain company products on all key customer websites
  • Management of SAP pricing uploads and preparation/submission of all customer price files as part of annual price increase process
  • Proofing of all product literature to ensure all product data is represented accurately
  • Management of product data on all key third party product portals
  • Preparation and submission of WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment recycling) and waste packaging data to Valpak

Product/Market Analysis

  • Work alongside the product managers to undertake market, competitor research and analysis in defining and supporting the strategy - maintain an accurate and insightful MIS products
  • Prepare regular, insightful reports of product performance - sales, price, customer, market share
