Business Development Coordinator - Warwick / Hybrid Work from Home
- 2 to 3 days per week work from home (after 3 month office based training period)

As a result of our client's ongoing success and expansion, we are seeking a Business Development Coordinator with the objective of driving sales to generate new leads whilst maximising on opportunities within existing clients.
The ideal Business Development Coordinator:
- B2B sales experience gained within the service sector
- Self motivated and capable of working on your own initiative to deliver agreed objectives
- Attention to detail - You will be working with important documentation which requires accuracy
- Competent with Microsoft Office products and experience working with CRM systems
- Friendly and able to work within a small team of like minded individuals
- Service industry background - Perhaps Hospitality, Events, HR or Recruitment sector
- Basic marketing experience would be an added advantage, but not essential
The role of Business Development Coordinator:
- Identify and prospect potential clients to secure qualified appointments for the Business Development Director
- Actively generate leads through various tools such as Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, and outbound calls
- Track, follow, and record leads on our CRM system
- Collaborate with the Business Development Director to develop marketing strategies to boost lead generation and identify PR and networking opportunities
- Promote and attend events and exhibitions to represent our company across all regions
