Identify training and development needs within your portfolio, coordinating resources and programmes to ensure employees have access to opportunities for growth and skill enhancement. Serve as a trusted HR advisor within your portfolio, managing employee relations cases including grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution. Ensure fair, consistent, and timely handling of all issues. Use people data and metrics to track key trends in your portfolio, providing insights to help drive continuous improvement and support workforce planning.
