Recruitment Resourcer Warwick Temporary minimum 4 weeks £25 - £28,000 (Pro rata) Full-time, Office based

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Resourcer based in Warwick, you ll support the recruitment team of an international company, on a temporary basis by identifying and attracting suitable candidates for roles across the UK and Ireland.

You will be responsible for:-

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and databases
• Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews
• Manage job postings and update applicants on their progress
• Arrange interviews and general administration duties

We need you to have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, driven, and resilient attitude
• Organised with great attention to detail
• Previous experience working within a recruitment agency or HR
