Description

  • Coordinate the full recruitment cycle from vacancy approval to on-boarding documentation.

  • Ensure full compliance with safer recruitment legislation and internal policies.

  • Act as the first point of contact for recruitment queries, applications, and advertising support.

  • Manage job advertising across multiple platforms, ensuring branding and messaging are consistent.

  • Pre-screen candidates, manage application portfolios, and support hiring managers with shortlisting and interviews.

  • Lead recruitment approval meetings, prepare documentation, and track outcomes.

  • Maintain and manage recruitment systems, databases, and supplier relationships (e.g., agencies).

  • Act as a DBS counter signatory, ensuring background checks are processed swiftly and accurately.

  • Provide regular updates, reports, and recruitment insights to HR leadership.

Profile

  • Proven experience in a recruitment coordination or talent acquisition role.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices or working in regulated sectors.

  • High level of organisation and attention to detail, with experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.

  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.

  • Able to work independently while collaborating closely with a remote HR team.

  • Strong IT skills and experience with recruitment systems or applicant tracking tools.

  • Understanding of UK employment legislation relating to recruitment and on-boarding.
