Fans were out in force at the end of December to see boxers from across the UK come to Warwick.

Hundreds came to Trident College to see the Cleary's Boxing Gym's amateur home show just before Christmas.

The event saw boxers from the local gym face up against fighters from across the country and was hailed a great success by organisers.

Young Taylor Cavavan of Cleary's went up against Flynn McLouglin in his first skills bout and impressed.

Jevan Foy of Cleary's came up against Kallum Dunbar (BFC) and totally dominated the fight and won.

And Cleary's Super heavyweight Joe Bourne recorded a knockout victory over national champion Tobi Lawal who trains at Anthony Joshua's gym in Finchley.

Following the day gym owner Edwin Cleary said it was "an absolutely awesome night of boxing".

"Well done to all the fighters, great things ahead for everyone at the boxing gym," he added.
