1. Warwick & Leamington Mela

A community-led cultural festival is coming to Warwick and Leamington this week.

Leamington & Warwick Mela 2026 will celebrate the diversity of Warwick District through music, dance, food and activities.

The event is taking place at Leamington's Mill Gardens on Willes Road on 15 August from 12 noon to 8pm.

Organisers shared: "The Mela brings communities together in a shared public space, providing an inclusive and accessible cultural experience that reflects the district's diverse population.

"The programme combines high-quality, internationally recognised artists with local and emerging talent, and is designed to be welcoming and accessible to all, with a particular focus on families and young people"

The event will include a main performance stage, a curated selection of food and community stalls, and a range of activities.

2. Warwick Classic Car show

Warwick Court Leet are set to host the Warwick Classic Car Show on Sunday 16 August 2026, at Market Place.

The event is free to attend.

Guests can meander some time away on a Sunday, in the setting of Warwick Market Place, among many fine examples of classic and retro vehicles.

Confirmed road closures on the day include:

• Market Place - from its junction of Market Street outside Costa Coffee, heading North bound to its junction of Market Place outside the Shire Hall
• Old Square - From New Street to Market Place
• The Holloway - Full closure

3. Brethren's Guided Tour
