2. Weirdly Festive Walk of Warwick

The 'Weirdly Festive Walk of Warwick' takes place throughout December, discussing historic crimes that took place around the holidays.

Warwick's newest historic experience has already proven to be a hit, reaching a five-star rating on TripAdvisor in just two months.

Now, with Christmas in full swing, The Weird Walk of Warwick is revealing new stories exclusively in December, of crimes and historic events that took place in the past around the festive season.

The Weirdly Festive Walk of Warwick promises to reveal "extraordinary" Christmas tales from the town's history, including the incredible life of Lettice Knollys, the wife of Robert Dudley, who is now buried in St Marys Church after passing away on Christmas day.

There are tales of festive thieves, who were sentenced to hard labour in Warwick's old prison on Cape Road; and even a deadly murder that took place one Christmas morning, that ended with a public execution in Warwick.
