Video footage shows inside Warwick's former Ask Italian restaurant which has been on the market since the end of last year.

The High Street is being marketed by AMT Commercial ltd for £850,000.

Or the building, which was most recently a café, can be rented for £67,500 per year.

The property agent has also released videos showing the inside of the property.

The footage shows the décor of the previous occupant still on the wall.

The online brochure simply says: "The premises are located within Warwick Town Centre close to the junction of High Street and Swan Street.

"The property is adjacent to Connells and close to Giggling Squid, Coffee #1 , Nashwhite and the Warwick Arms Hotel."

The windows of the unit - which is currently vacant - have been painted over to stop passers by seeing in.

Planning permission was last year granted by Warwick District Council for "radical" plans to renovate the upstairs of the building.

Strandpark Properties Ltd was given permission for the renovations to prevent a "future collapse" of the roof, with new steel beams to be installed after "various serious structural defects" were discovered.

The works will not impact the ground floor of the building.
