Warwick revealed as fifth most expensive place to live in Warwickshire

Warwick is the fifth most expensive Warwickshire town to live in according to Zoopla.

In a list compiled by online property experts Zoopla, Warwick's average property price was revealed as £395,051

Henley-in-Arden topped the list with an average price of £550,140.

The rest of the top five was made up by Shipston-on-Stour, Kenilworth and Stratford-upon-Avon.

The top ten has been compiled using a zed-Index where the average property value in a given area is based on current Zoopla Estimates.

In total 673 Warwick properties have been sold in the last year the average price at £366,076.

Of those, flats in Warwick sold for an average of £197,863 and terraced houses for £288,099, with detached homes fetching around £542,378.
