Warwick planning roundup: Shop to house, affordable homes and poultry farm
Here are the biggest planning stories from the last week in and around Warwick.
Pub Protects Landmark
A local pub is set to pay for vital repair work at a major historical landmark in Warwick.
The Saxon Mill will fund the reconstruction of an 80 metre-long boundary wall and gateway at the Grade II listed Guy's Cliffe Park and Garden.
The wall, which runs along a footpath between the pub and the estate, is currently unstable and supported by wooden props to protect walkers.

Shop to House
A former jewellers shop in Warwick could be turned into a four-bed house if plans are approved by Warwick District Council.
Plans to turn the former H. H. Bray shop on Jury Street into a home have been revealed by Robothams Architects.
The developers say the shop is no longer commercially viable and will be preserved if it is given a new use.
----------
Affordable Homes
The district council has backed plans to include 41 First Homes across three major housing estates in the county.
Extra affordable housing will now be included in the Gallows Hill, Lower Heathcote Farm and Rugby Road developments.
The houses will cost first time buyers no more than £250,000.

Poultry Farm Postponed
Councillors have delayed their decision on a controversial poultry farm in Norton Lindsey, saying more information is needed on the impact on local roads.
More than 100 objects have been made to the Land at Ward Hill scheme - with local MP Matt Western among them.
But councillors said the developers have possibly underestimated the number of trucks that will be going to and from the site.
