Here are the biggest planning stories from the last week in and around Warwick.
5G Mast
Prior approval to install a new 5G mast in Warwick has been given by Warwick District Council.
Infrastructure firm Cornerstone had applied for permission to build a 20-metre monopole on Scar Bank SW, to replace an existing mast.
Plans show the structure would have six antennas, two dishes, a GPS module and two cabinets.

Residents Battle Barn Repurposing
Councillors will once again be asked to make a decision on controversial plans for a 150-house estate in Hatton to use its temporary access for longer than originally planned.
Warwick District Council's (WDC) planning committee last month heard developer Taylor Wimpey "urgently" needs permission to use the junction created for its construction vehicles, to now allow new homeowners to access their properties at the Union View development.
When planning permission for the controversial development was granted, the developer was told new homeowners would have to access the estate off a new junction further along the Birmingham Road.

Poultry Farm Plans
Yet another appeal has been lodged to try and force through plans to build two replacement poultry houses on Ward Hill, in Norton Lindsey.
After two proposals had already been thrown out by Warwick District Council and subsequent appeals lost, another application to redevelop the site was thrown out by councillors at the start of 2023.
Members, alongside an objection from Warwickshire County Council's highways department, raised concerns about access to the site.
