Farm building could be turned into three new homes

The latest bid to turn a local farm building into three new homes has been submitted.
Rainier Developments Ltd has applied for prior approval to repurpose the building on Vicarage Lane, Sherbourne.
A previous application for a similar development was refused by Warwick District Council in 2024, following multiple objections from locals.
The latest submission claims to have addressed the issues previously raised.
The application explained: "The existing corrugated steel walling will be retained and painted.
"The walling will be insulated internally so that the external envelope of the building is not extended.
"The existing corrugated metal sheet roofing will be retained and insulated internally, so that the envelope is not extended in this way and the weight will not exceed the current load of the existing roof.
"Where appropriate, windows and doors [h]ave been located within existing openings in the building, new openings have been kept to a minimum and have only been inserted when necessary."
