Here are the biggest planning stories from the last week in and around Warwick.
Detailed plans to build 150 houses off Harbury Lane have been submitted to Warwick District Council.
Outline planning permission for the homes, two new schools and a country park was granted in June 2020.
The estate forms phase three of the Oakley Grove development, with housing developer AC Lloyd now submitting a reserved matters application for the 150 dwellings.
----------
Myton School
Plans to build a new sixth form teaching block at Myton School have been approved by Warwick District Council despite concerns about the environmental impact of the development.
The new block, which will accommodate up to 190 extra pupils across 12 new classrooms, had been recommended for approval by district planners.
And whilst the scheme was granted permission, councillors expressed their disappointment that the school would not be built to a higher standard.
----------
Driving Range
Plans to build a 30-bay covered driving range at The Warwickshire Hotel and Country Club have been submitted to Warwick District Council.
The Leek Wootton club, which has two "championship standard" 18 hole golf courses, has applied to demolish its existing driving range and replace it with a more modern design.
Currently the club has 23 bays, only nine of which are covered.

121 Homes are Underway
Photographs, sent to Nub News by local resident Geoff Ousbey, have shown the work underway on 121 new houses being built in Warwick.
Full planning permission for the Montague Road estate was granted by Warwick District Council in January 2021.
The development, built on the former Warwickshire County Council county store depot and Ridgeway School site, is being delivered by Crest Nicholson.
----------
Controversial Quarry
Warwickshire County Council has adopted its new minerals local plan – four years after it was due to be in place.
But it failed to get the backing of opposition councillors or the Conservative member whose area covers the Wasperton quarry site which has prompted a campaign from nearby residents.
The plan, which was due to run from 2018 to 2032, incorporates a strategy for supplying the minerals the county and others need to provide the infrastructure, buildings, energy and goods.
