Hundreds of eager contestants will hit the water in Warwick this September as a popular charity boat festival returns.

The 2025 Warwick Dragon Boat Festival will take place on Sunday 21 September on the River Avon in St Nicholas Park.

Teams of 16 paddlers plus a drummer will have three timed heats to set their best times on a course along the river.

Fancy dress or a team strip is recommended, and a prize will be awarded to the 'best dressed' team.

You can come and watch or be part of the fun.

Just send for details to [email protected] to find out about taking part.

All proceeds will go to Myton Hospital and Birmingham Children's Hospital.
