Warwick charity shop on the lookout for new volunteers

A Warwick charity shop is calling on locals to "start 2024 with a positive vibe" and consider volunteering at the store.

The Children's Charity on Smith Street is looking for new team members to give up a few hours each week - regardless of experience.

"Come and join us for a few hours each week to help The Children's Society," the team said.

"By volunteering you could make a difference.

"A great way to build confidence and make new friends.

"No matter your skills, you have something to offer us.

"Pop in for a chat at Smith Street."

The position is available for anyone aged 18 up to 100!

Among a host of projects, The Children's Charity works with young people who have suffered abuse, run away from home or are struggling with mental health issues.

The charity shop is also always on the lookout for donations as well as clothes which cannot be sold, as they can still be recycled.
