A car showroom in Warwick is still on the market with commercial estate agency Bromwich Hardy.

The 9,200 sq ft showroom on Stratford Road was originally made available to buy for £1.1 million, "with a possibility to lease".

But now the firm is simply advertising it for rent at £100,000 per year.

Back in May, Bromwich Hardy founding partner Tom Bromwich said the site – which came with two showrooms and a workshop and tyre fitting bay – was superbly positioned and represented an excellent opportunity.

"It is extremely rare that a highly-visible, prominent site such as this comes onto the market and we are already seeing considerable interest," he said.

"Its location close to the A46 and M40 on the main route into Warwick town centre is first class and it is a firmly established showroom with an extensive frontage.

"There are two vehicle showrooms linked by a canopy and to the front is excellent vehicle display area and parking.

Most recently a Kia Motors showroom, the property can be viewed by appointment only.

The property brochure says: "The buildings provide an established Motor Vehicle Showroom facility benefitting from ancillary workshop, offices and stores.

"There are two vehicle showrooms linked by a canopy.

"To the front is excellent vehicle display and parking together with some additional parking to the side."

More details of the site are available on the Bromwich Hardy website here.
