Three individuals have been arrested after a car drove towards a teacher outside a school in Warwick this morning (24 September).

The incident took place at around 8.30am at Aylesford School in Warwick.

Police received reports of a black Ford Fiesta driving towards a teacher at the school, while the driver then made threats towards pupils at the school.

A 14-year-old girl from Warwick has now been arrested on suspicion of assault.

A 46-year-old man from Nottingham and a 43-year-old woman from Warwick were also both arrested on suspicion of assault.

All three individuals are currently in custody.

Warwick Police shared: "Thank you to everyone who has spoken to us following this morning's incident."

No injuries were reported and lessons continued as usual during the school day.
