Two pieces of Warwick land are set to go under the hammer tomorrow (September 10).

Future Property Auctions is selling the land at Campriano Drive and Beaurevoir Way through an online auction.

The Campriano Drive land is just 335 square metres and has a guide price of £4,600 and is described as "prime investment land" and "may be suitable for multiple uses".

The listing says similar sites have been used for parking, gardening, leisure.

The second plot at Beaurevoir Way has a guide price of £3,200.

Again, the freehold land is "suitable for multiple uses".
