Troublemakers face arrest in Warwick town centre as Mop Fair returns

Police have issued a dispersal order for the centre of Warwick this weekend as the mop fair returns to town.

The order runs from today (October 23) until 4am on Sunday 25 October

It will allow officers to "take stronger action against people committing antisocial behaviour, ordering them to move away from the area or be arrested".

"We put these orders in place so that we can we can deter anyone we believe may be spoiling the fun for everyone else away from the fair," a force statement said.

"This order allows us to take stronger action against people committing antisocial behaviour, ordering them to move away from the area or be arrested."
