1. Folk Festival

Pubs across the centre of Warwick are set to take part in this weekend's folk festival.

Warwick Folk Festival will return to the town from July 25 to 28 for the 45th instalment of the renowned event.

While the family-friendly festival will bring its celebration of folk history, dance, and general revelry to the dedicated site at Castle Green, a number of free events will be held in venues across the town centre.

From a Morris procession, pop-up stages and session music, the Fringe Festival will provide lots for locals to enjoy.

2. Street Festival

A popular street party is set to return to one of Warwick's historic streets this weekend, showcasing local talent and community businesses in a day of family-friendly fun.

The Smith Street Party returns on Saturday, 27 July, offering live entertainment and performances all day long, along with local businesses selling arts, crafts and local produce.

The event comes on the same weekend as Warwick's world-famous Folk Festival, providing added entertainment in the town centre itself, and showcasing the often-overlooked Smith Street and the range of independent businesses it is home to.
