Here are our top picks this week:

1. Choir of Royal Holloway concert

Tickets are on sale for taking the Choir of Royal Holloway concert place on 10 March at 7.30pm at St Mary's Church in Warwick.

A programme of early music built around the trials and tribulations of English composers surviving the religious upheavals of 16th and 17th century England.

This programme compares the dangerous dual life of William Byrd with three composers who were forced into exile. Exploring the music of Byrd, Bull, Dering, and Philips provides an opportunity for the telling of many stories about accusations of spying, plotting against the king, and travels around 17th century Europe.

2. Six Nations live screening at local brewery

A popular local brewery will continue showcasing live screenings of the Six Nations games at its taproom once again this year.

This weekend, Windmill Hill Brewery in Leamington will be showing all three games live.

On Friday 6, Ireland Vs Wales will kick things off at 8.10pm, followed by Scotland Vs France on Saturday 7 March at 2.10pm and Italy VS England at 4.40pm.

Guinness, owned by Diageo, which is among the largest global producers and distributors of spirits, beer, and other alcoholic beverages, almost monopolises the Rugby Six Nations promotions in pubs.

However, Windmill Hill Brewery takes pride in its local operations, offering its own 4 percent Porter on draught and Imperial Stout in bottles, both dark beers similar to Guinness, specifically brewed for rugby enthusiasts.

Organisers said: "Join us to see all the action on our big screen while enjoying a few great locally brewed porter, stout, and other beers!"
