"It was a huge success" says Leamington brewery following the return of the popular Off the Rails festival.

Hosted by Warwickshire's Windmill Hill Brewery, Brubl, Warwickshire Gin Distillery, Blues and Jazz venue, Southbound, Cam's Kitchen, Ginger Coffee, Lucky Shiba, and The Hive meadery, the event returned to Neilston Street on Sunday 30 August.

Hundreds of visitors attended from all over the county gathered under the arches for Leamington-made craft beer, gin, mead, coffee and street food. Also Japanese sake and whisky and live music from local musicians and DJs.

Speaking about the event, Windmill Hill's Taproom Manager Ben Cowan shared: "The weather gods smiled on us again. Anticipated storms never came. In the last of our August sunshine, festival goers to Off The Rails, smiled back, in their hundreds!"

"New 'Arch Dwellers' joined established independent local producers - Windmill Hill & Brubl breweries, Warwickshire Gin Distillery for the 11^th festival on Neilston Street. This urban festival continues to grow, with a Meadery, 'The Hive'; Japanese bar, 'Lucky Shiba'; and 'Ginger Coffee' roasters/cafe; Off The Rails is becoming the 'worst kept secret in South Leamington."

"There was live music at Windmill Hill and Southbound; DJs at Brubl. Street Food - wood-fired pizzas and Indian BBQ. It's a family and dog-friendly free event that is loved by the local community; and would benefit from council and local community leaders' support, too."

For those who missed this month's Off the Rails, there will be more Leam arches festivals to enjoy later in the year, including Oktoberfest on 26 September, and Leam Beer Fest 15 to 18 October, both at Windmill Hill brewery.

This Christmas, Frost The Rails also returns at the Windmill Hill for festive music and cheer on 28 November and 12 December.
