Plans to create a new junction for a neighbourhood centre south of Warwick and Leamington Spa have been approved.
The centre will eventually be built as part of the major housing development around Fusiliers Way.
The land is currently being used as a storage yard by developer Redrow as it continues to build in the area.
Approving the new junction, a Warwick District Council report said: "The proposed access will serve the future use of the site that is earmarked for a convenience store or other local facility to serve the wider area.
"The creation of the access is a common feature of all new developments and would not result in any harm to the character and amenity of the area."
The centre will be surrounded by houses.
Outline plans for the 735 homes, school and neighbourhood centre were first signed off in 2014.
