A plot of land in Warwick is going up for auction next week.

Future Property Auctions is handling the sale of an "incredibly rare" and "unique prime purchase" of green space on Campriano Drive.

The land has a guide price of £17,000 and will be sold on November 5 via an online auction.

While it is offered without any planning permission, Future says it is "suitable for a variety of uses".
