Next chapter approved for closed Warwick venue

Council planners have given the green light to plans for a closed Warwick venue.
Coventry General Charities has been granted planning permission to change 74 Smith Street from a restaurant to a bar.
The unit was previously Blue Note Bar and before that Robbie's Restaurant.
The application to Warwick District Council asked to formally change the use of the 15th century building to "operate as a small bar".
Plans state there will be no internal or external changes as part of the works.
Approving the switch, a council report said: "The proposal is acceptable in principle as a main town centre use on a site within the town centre.
"The proposal respects and preserves the character and integrity of the listed building and wider conservation area and is considered to have an acceptable impact on neighbouring amenity, subject to compliance with a specific condition."
The unit is currently on the market with local agents Loveitts for £1,167 per month.
The advert says: "Situated in the heart of Warwick, this stylish ground-floor bar offers an exceptional space for both casual and upscale experiences.
"With a prime location on a busy street with car parks located within close proximity, it attracts foot traffic and provides easy access for both locals and visitors.
"The contemporary design features a mix of industrial and cosy elements, making it perfect for a variety of events, from after-work drinks to weekend celebrations."
