A new sandwich shop has officially opened in Warwick.

Sabins Sandwich Shop opened at St John's today (July 16) as the business expands from its other site in Leamington Spa.

Sabins - now on Tachbrook Road in Leamington - began life in 1860 and remains a family business now run by Hayley Sabin.

Ahead of today's opening the business took to social media to say: "For our first few weeks, we'll be serving Monday to Friday as we settle in and get the team into the groove. 

"But don't worry—we've got big plans brewing!"

It added: "None of this would be possible without you. 

"We're beyond grateful, ridiculously excited, and ready to make this journey even more delicious together!"

The new St John's eatery opened with its extensive range of sandwiches, breakfasts and batches.

It also serves coffee, soft drinks and baked goods.
